Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Revlonix Technologies (India), we value transparency and fairness in all our business relationships.

This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for both Service-Based Projects and Monthly/Retainer Services to ensure mutual understanding and smooth operations.

1. Service-Based Projects


This category includes one-time or fixed-scope projects such as website development, mobile app development, software solutions, branding, and design services. 


1.1 Project Initiation

Work begins only after receiving the agreed advance payment as stated in the official proposal or quotation. Project milestones, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly communicated before commencement.


1.2 Cancellation by Client

If a project is cancelled before work has started, a partial refund (after deducting administrative and resource allocation costs) may be approved.

If a project is cancelled after initiation, no refund will be issued as internal resources and man-hours will have already been committed.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@revlonix.com


1.3 Cancellation by Revlonix Technologies

 Revlonix reserves the right to suspend or cancel a project in the following cases:

  • Non-payment or delayed payments beyond agreed terms.

  • Non-cooperation or prolonged inactivity from the client.

  • Requests that conflict with company ethics or policies.

In such cases, no refund will be made for payments already received.


1.4 Refund Conditions

 A refund may be issued only if:

  • The project has not been initiated and no work has been delivered.

  • The project is cancelled by Revlonix Technologies due to internal reasons.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original mode of payment.

Taxes, payment gateway charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable.

2. Monthly/Retainer Services


This category includes ongoing or subscription-based services such as digital marketing, SEO, social media management, or IT maintenance contracts.


2.1 Payment Terms

All monthly/retainer services require 100% advance payment before the start of each service period. Work will commence only after payment confirmation. 


2.2 Cancellation Policy

Clients may choose to discontinue monthly services by providing written notice at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. Once a month’s work has started, no refunds will be applicable — as resources and time are allocated in advance for that period. 


2.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable for completed or ongoing monthly services. If a service is discontinued due to internal reasons from Revlonix’s side, a pro-rata refund may be processed for the unused portion of the service period.

3. Force Majeure


Revlonix Technologies shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or non-performance caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

In such cases, refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
